OffreJuste is designed around data minimisation: we collect the least personal data possible to run the service.
What we collect
- Account: your email address only — used to sign you in (magic links) and manage your purchases.
- Service-interest forms: your email, if you ask to be notified about financing or renovation services.
- Searches: the addresses and criteria analysed are logged without your IP address. If you are signed in, they are linked to your account so you can revisit them from your account page; deleting your account unlinks them irreversibly (they become anonymous statistics).
- Payments: processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We keep proof-of-purchase records (plan, amount, date) as required by French accounting law.
Cookies
We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies — which is why there is no cookie banner.
Legal bases
Contract performance (account, purchases), legitimate interest (anonymous usage statistics), consent (service-interest forms), legal obligation (accounting records).
Retention
Account data: until you delete your account. Leads: until the service launches or you ask for removal. Purchase records: 10 years (legal obligation), anonymised after account deletion.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, export or erase your data. Deleting your account from the account page erases your personal data immediately. For any request, use our contact form — we answer within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Property data
Sale prices shown are public open data (“Demandes de valeurs foncières”, DGFiP/Etalab). They describe transactions, not persons, and are published by the French State.
