Service

OffreJuste provides property price analyses based on public sale records (DVF). The analysis — verdict, market estimate, price trend, neighbourhood signals, and a preview of comparable sales — is available for free. Full access, including every comparable sale, the complete at-address sales history, and the downloadable PDF negotiation dossier, is reserved for subscribers, per the pricing shown on the Pricing page.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included, and payable by card via Stripe. Two options unlock the same full access: a one-time payment to unlock a single property, or a subscription (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) for unlimited access. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same plan and can be cancelled anytime from the account page (customer portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund. A one-time property unlock is a single charge and does not renew.

Right of withdrawal

A subscription or a one-time property unlock grants immediate digital access to the features described above: by purchasing, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge waiving the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code) upon first access to the paid features.

Disclaimer

Estimates are statistical indications based on past public sales. They do not constitute a valuation or advice, and do not guarantee any transaction price. Property condition, floor, outdoor space and co-ownership status materially affect prices.
